Additionally, they wanted a site that would allow for growth while staying true to their brand.   • A refreshed website architecture was created to make it simple for users to find what they are looking for with minimal clicks, including popular links at the site.
  • Category pages help streamline the navigation experience while providing a consultative journey by using components such as comparison charts.
  • Relevant rates, quick links, calculators and more are featured on product pages to enhance the user experience and position the credit union as a valuable resource.
Including top searched for pages within the site search, global navigation and promotions within the mega menus increases visibility of these pages or products while ensuring easy access for visitors.

Designing a positive content experience

  • The updated responsive design displays the credit union’s unique brand while allowing for the creation of custom content experiences for each page.
  • Icon-based text components create more visual content to communicate product or service benefits, and display the new website copy in a way that will appeal to the credit union’s target audiences.
