Basic Function 

This position will provide administrative support to the CEO, senior staff, and office in general. The administrative department provides a wealth of opportunities for a motivated self-starter. ZAG takes pride in cultivating its employees and encouraging growth. Administrative staff members at ZAG have the chance to learn about the company in its entirety. This specific administrative role will be involved with general office tasks and work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • General office and administrative staff support.
  • Answer telephones as well as gather information and/or transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies as well as maintain vendor relationships.
  • Prep for clients/visitors as well as greet guests when they arrive.
  • Setup for meetings and conferences
  • Scheduling appointments between multiple people (internal meetings as well as interviews, etc.)
  • General duties for office upkeep
  • Offsite assignments as needed for CEO & company
  • Making travel arrangements as needed (scheduling flights, etc.)
  • Support for long term office projects (documenting internal processes, etc.)
  • Coverage for administrative staff members
  • Manage the office phone systems [answer/transfer calls, work with phone vendor to deal with any issues that arise.]
  • Understand the hiring process and assist in candidate review process when needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

Business Development

  • Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of ZAG services, proposal processes and new initiatives as they are introduced.
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Assist in writing proposals when needed
  • Utilize internal proposal library as well as department leads to ensure accuracy of proposals with the business development team
  • Take business lead calls & transcribe the information to aid in business development process
  • Research prospects to understand customer challenges and requirements with internal team

This position requires working directly with clients and internal staff to manage multiple accounts and exceed client expectations. The Account Manager will report to the Executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships for identified clients

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for identified clients

  • Ensure that clients are happy and escalate and positive or negative feedback to management

  • Work alongside digital strategists to proactively plan client projects

  • Review client website / analytics to determine opportunities

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or account servicing position, ideally in the digital space
