Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of client relationships learning their tendencies and what works best for their needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication

  • 1-2 years agency and website experience is a plus

  • High attention to detail; excellent organization and time management skills

  • Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment

  • Effective communication and presentation skills. Must be a very strong communicator with internal teams and external vendors.

  • A positive self-starter attitude, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive projects to completion, and penchant for solving problems.

  • Has a team mentality and experience in working in cross-functional work settings.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships, maintain, and enhance interactions with identified clients, while serving as day-to-day contact for identified clients

  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with deliverables and escalate feedback to management

  • Take initiative and review client website / analytics to determine opportunities

  • Act as project manager for small client projects utilizing Workfront for resourcing

  • Work with team members to scope new client work and create cost summaries as needed for new client work

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or account servicing position, ideally in the digital space

  • Understanding of web technologies and the web development life cycle

  • Experience with small project management

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with team leads and the project team to execute on plans
  • Monitor day-to-day activities and be actively involved in the project team to ensure work is progressing as planned
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization and deliverable dates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least  5-7 years of experience in project management
  • Must have working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Must be able to distill pertinent information from client communications, and distribute key points to team members

This part-time position (20 hours a week) will provide administrative support to executive staff and team leads, while learning about the various areas of the agency, providing help as needed.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide executive assistant support for CEO/COO including, but not limited to, personal scheduling and other assistance

Web Application Developer provides high-end technical and architectural support to projects. They will develop and implement strategies and design specifications to improve the performance, usability, and effectiveness of the client’s online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues and complete the assignments. Communicate with clients and provide updates about work requests.

  • Act as a point of escalation for more complicated issues.

  • Recommend solutions that will maintain or enhance the quality of the website; Understand there are multiple solutions to a problem and determine the best one based on current circumstances.

  • Collaborate and engage other departments when appropriate to provide comprehensive solutions.

  • Deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical end-users while also supporting a broad range of technologies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements; understand the more complex issues and application correlations behind user requirements.

  • Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.

Education
