  • Responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with team leads and the project team to execute on plans
  • Monitor day-to-day activities and be actively involved in the project team to ensure work is progressing as planned

ZAG Interactive is looking for a web design intern. You will gain experience by shadowing designers and assisting in various production-based tasks such as image sourcing and production, versioning out website designs and social media campaign production.


  • Junior or Senior undergraduate currently enrolled in a college or university with a focus on graphic/web/UX design or comparable

  • Education in industry standards for website design

  • Experience with tools for web design such as Adobe products and Figma

Web Application Developer provides high-end technical and architectural support to projects. They will develop and implement strategies and design specifications to improve the performance, usability, and effectiveness of the client’s online presence.


  • Resolve issues and complete the assignments. Communicate with clients and provide updates about work requests.

  • Act as a point of escalation for more complicated issues.

  • Recommend solutions that will maintain or enhance the quality of the website; Understand there are multiple solutions to a problem and determine the best one based on current circumstances.

  • Collaborate and engage other departments when appropriate to provide comprehensive solutions.

  • Deliver solutions to both technical and non-technical end-users while also supporting a broad range of technologies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements; understand the more complex issues and application correlations behind user requirements.

  • Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
