Responsibilities

  • Provide digital strategy for website designs and redesigns, primarily in the financial services industry (specifically banks and credit unions)
  • Create new site architectures against best practices for SEO and usability
  • Collaborate with design and development teams on design strategy
  • Consult with clients on opportunities and execution of digital and print tactics including but not limited to SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, analytics, web copywriting, traditional marketing and more
  • Offer strategic support for clients on digital retainers, from concepting through tactic execution and reporting
  • Work closely with other ZAG digital strategists on internal and client-facing initiatives
  • Support ZAG’s own integrated marketing efforts including sales support, blog writing and more

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Marketing/Communications
  • At least 3 years of experience at a digital agency or similar in-house agency type of setting
  • Understanding of web technologies and the web development life cycle
  • Ability to deliver flawless work - on time and on budget

The Traffic Manager will work as a go-between that connects developers to clients and other departments within ZAG. The Traffic Manager must have the ability to foster collaboration with other departments, and they should possess strong communication skills to interact with Client Service developers and other departments. 
The Traffic Manager is focused on managing the processes, making tasking efficient and in a democratic manner.  The Traffic manager will also be tasked with watching overall company capacity and aligning work with resources that may have gaps in work.  

Responsibilities

  • Clarify and set a schedule of deadlines for the completion of a job

  • Assigns /engages other departments and appropriately assigns them to the appropriate task

  • Checks on the progress of the task, communicating with the developers and other parties as needed.

  • responsible for running meetings across a host of departments daily and weekly as needed.

  • Communicate any issues with the team the client services team and Account Managers

  • Collaborates continuously with Account Managers about required action items

  • Collaborates with team leads on employee capacity and filling workload gaps

  • Review the deadlines, scope of work with the Account Manager to get client approval

  • Use developers (Triage team) to create estimates and timelines

  • Use Account Managers to track the status of these estimates and timelines

  • Adjust developers’ overall workload as job demands change. Work with dept leads to adjust non developer department workloads. 

  • Makes sure each staff member knows the assignments that they need to complete and the due dates

  • Acts as the mediator between all teams to establish and re-evaluate priorities.

  • Informs Account Manager when Client Contact is required to get approvals or gather assets to complete work.

Requirements

Education & Work Experience
  • This position requires a Bachelor Degree with 5-8 years of experience in project management, program marketing or account management

  • This position requires the ability to multitask, organize and collaborate. 

  • Strong decision-making and prioritization are essential to make sure everything runs smoothly. 
  • A strong background in troubleshooting and technology support will be beneficial.

In this position, you'll need a high degree of knowledge of Windows (IIS) web servers, firewall administration, DNS, LAN/WAN/VLAN topology, virtualization, and backup, restore, and disaster recovery fundamentals. A solid foundation of network security, both physical and logical is required. Experience working in a high security web hosting environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Hosting Implementation

  • Validate, configure, implement, test and troubleshoot website deployment in the managed hosting infrastructure
  • Oversee and help maintain managed hosting environment. For example, managing Windows server and firewall updates
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure a successful handoff of the clients’ hosting solution
  • Acts as the escalation point for customer hosting issues

System Engineering 

  • Knowledgeable in application transport and network infrastructure protocols (SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, IP Routing Email Routing and Microsoft AD), and possess an understanding of how to support these applications/protocols when accessed through VPN and firewall appliances
  • Supervise the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users

Internal Support

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Area Networking
  • Respond to staff and provide backup technical assistance and support
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and software applications
  • Maintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls

Operations

  • Complete time logs in Workfront within 48 hours of completing tasks to ensure accurate and timely billing of the customer.

Requirements

Web Application Developer provides high-end technical and architectural support to projects. They will develop and implement strategies and design specifications to improve the performance, usability, and effectiveness of the client’s online presence.

Responsibilities
