Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide executive assistant support for CEO including, but not limited to, personal scheduling and other assistance

The Traffic Manager will work as a go-between that connects developers to clients and other departments within ZAG. The Traffic Manager must have the ability to foster collaboration with other departments, and they should possess strong communication skills to interact with Client Service developers and other departments. 
The Traffic Manager is focused on managing the processes, making tasking efficient and in a democratic manner.  The Traffic manager will also be tasked with watching overall company capacity and aligning work with resources that may have gaps in work.  


  • Clarify and set a schedule of deadlines for the completion of a job

  • Assigns /engages other departments and appropriately assigns them to the appropriate task

  • Checks on the progress of the task, communicating with the developers and other parties as needed.

  • responsible for running meetings across a host of departments daily and weekly as needed.

  • Communicate any issues with the team the client services team and Account Managers

Education & Work Experience

In this position, you'll need a high degree of knowledge of Windows (IIS) web servers, firewall administration, DNS, LAN/WAN/VLAN topology, virtualization, and backup, restore, and disaster recovery fundamentals. A solid foundation of network security, both physical and logical is required. Experience working in a high security web hosting environment is preferred.


Hosting Implementation

  • Validate, configure, implement, test and troubleshoot website deployment in the managed hosting infrastructure
