The new site structure, organized by audience and products/services, helps users find what they need faster.
The open online banking login features buttons for opening an account, applying for a loan, and scheduling an appointment. These items are all strategically placed in the navigation area to streamline access and minimize the number of clicks needed for these popular actions.
Promotions within the mega menus allow the credit union to further engage website visitors while they are already looking for information.
A product finder guides website users by recommending the right solutions within a category based on specific self-selected needs or wants.
Fresh content strategy with a personal touch
The rewritten website copy infuses keyword rich content to support SEO while still resonating with the credit union’s warm and relatable brand tone.
To assist website visitors in making the best financial decisions, ZAG created a custom blog that presents members with helpful information on a variety of topics.
