Using responsive design best practices, the new Bank of Missouri site is able to deliver a seamless experience across different devices. The new site is also designed and built against current ADA conformance standards - ensuring equal accessibility for all users, including those with disabilities.
Showcasing a new brand
The use of lifestyle imagery and iconography were incorporated to help users visually resonate with the bank’s unique brand. In addition to visuals, the website copy was also rewritten to consistently communicate the Bank of Missouri’s mission and support SEO goals. Furthermore, dedicated space within the homepage is utilized to emphasize their passion and involvement within their local communities.
Assisting in the decision making process
Illustrating their commitment to an intuitive digital experience, the Bank of Missouri site features comparison charts, a solution finder, financial education and more. Both the comparison charts and solution finder help visitors through the decision making process - allowing users to select or matching them with the right solution for their needs. A financial wellness center and blog are also integrated within the site to ensure their customers have all the information they need to make financial decisions. Additionally, as part of the SEO strategy, ZAG’s specialists included keywords and phrases within the content to increase search result rankings and ultimately attract the right audiences.
Using technology to build a custom site
Built in the Kentico Xperience CMS, the new, highly custom website includes customizable components and out-of-the-box features. It also allows administrators to easily manage content to continuously keep the site up-to-date. To provide a centralized locations management and let visitors easily find a nearby branch or ATM, a custom location management tool was incorporated into the site build. Additionally, a rates management tool and FAQ module assist with content management while displaying resourceful information for site visitors.
