A promotions page within the global navigation provides a one-stop-shop for users to easily access all exclusive offers.

A custom modal was created to streamline the different Open an Account and Apply for a Loan processes for visitors and those who aren’t a member.

The responsive website design automatically adjusts to a visitor’s device and gives the brand new life while staying true to LAPFCU’s roots.

The strategic use of imagery creates a welcoming experience by connecting with the credit union’s unique membership base.

The website copy is easily digestible – utilizing imagery, iconography, tables and other elements to increase readability and interest.

Seamless technology and content management

Through custom widgets and flexible layouts, administrators can create unique page-level experiences within the Kentico CMS.

The map-based location tool integrates with COOP ATM data, allowing users to find a nearby branch or ATM while the rates management tool provides an easy way to centrally manage rates.

With upgraded technology, the new site seamlessly integrates with third-parties, including the credit union’s chat vendor.

Educational resources, product-specific FAQs and rates are introduced on internal pages to assist in the decision-making process.
