Michelle Brown is Vice President of Marketing at ZAG Interactive, responsible for leading a team of strategists and marketers who guide clients on website usability, site architecture, search engine marketing, social media, analytics, email marketing and more.
Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing, working on hundreds of websites and integrated campaigns. Michelle was previously an SVP of Digital Marketing at one of the world’s largest banks, and prior to that worked at several interactive and print agencies.
Michelle has authored countless articles for publications including The Financial Brand and Credit Union Times, and she has also presented at conferences including The Financial Brand, CUNA, #BankSocial and others.
Outside of work you’ll find her playing outdoors, playing the piano, attending endless USA Swimming swim meets and dreaming of rescuing every dog in the world. Michelle resides in West Hartford, CT with her two human boys, husband and two furry rescue dogs.
