Michelle Brown is Director of Marketing at ZAG Interactive, responsible for leading a team of strategists and marketers who guide clients on website usability, site architecture, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing and more.
Michelle has more than 20 years of experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing, working on hundreds of websites and integrated campaigns. Michelle was previously an SVP of Digital Marketing at one of the world’s largest banks, and prior to that worked at several interactive and print agencies.
Michelle has authored countless articles for publications including The Financial Brand and Credit Union Times, and she has also presented at conferences including The Financial Brand, #BankSocial and others.
Outside of work you’ll find her outdoors with her kids, exercising, playing the piano, attending endless USA Swimming swim meets and advocating dog rescue. Michelle resides in South Glastonbury, CT with her two kids, husband and three rescue dogs.
