ZAG waited a bit longer to build in Xperience by Kentico than some other agencies to give the platform some time to mature and importantly, to ensure that some of the key features our discerning clients expect are automatically baked into the product.
With many Xperience by Kentico site builds now under our belts, we’re really thrilled with the platform, and are especially excited about some of these standout features.
- Content personalization: The personalization feature of Kentico 13 was overhauled in Xperience by Kentico, and now offers administrators the ability to personalize content for contact segments. This means that marketers can easily tailor digital experiences for visitors based on their behavior, preferences and profile data. Plus, ZAG creates custom reporting to immediately compare performance against non-personalized content.
- AI: Kentico introduced AIRA with Xperience by Kentico and has continued to add more AI driven power to its platform. Features include AI-powered content tagging and meta tags, image focal point suggestions and more. Many more features such as AI-powered translation, journey insights and more are also coming soon.
- CRM integration: Many institutions have a CRM (e.g. Marquis or Salesforce) so integrating sites with a CRM is essential these days. Kentico’s pre-built starter kit makes this easy – and since Xperience by Kentico is highly customizable, an experienced agency like ZAG can dive into a business/institution’s unique requirements and create a custom implementation.
- Email platform: Kentico’s email platform has also been overhauled – offering an email builder starter kit, activity tracking, personalization and more. - Content staging: The content staging feature of Kentico 13 had some limitations for many of our clients. Kentico has reimagined and rebranded this as Content Sync - allowing administrators to work in a staging environment and seamlessly promote content to their live site.
