Under its former name, Sussex County Federal Credit Union, this institution had a 55-year history of serving members in Delaware. A recent expansion into Maryland led to a rebranding effort and the need for a website that reflects the new Tidemark Federal Credit Union’s mission and commitment. ZAG Interactive partnered with Tidemark officials to create a clean, modernized site that shines a positive light on the brand for current and potential members.
The credit union wanted the website to serve as a DIY channel for members who want that, while still letting people know that a friendly, knowledgeable person is always nearby to assist.
Starting from the ground up
We started the project by restructuring the website architecture to reflect simplicity and convenience within a refreshed design. Once the architecture was defined, ZAG’s design team created a responsive design that allows visitors on any device to enjoy the full Tidemark online experience and its convenient paths toward products, services and information. The streamlined navigation, easy access to popular features, and dynamic contact methods represent a significant upgrade from the original site.
Enhancing the site’s content & SEO value
To complement the visual reimagining of Tidemark’s site, ZAG’s content team reworked the website copy to focus on members in a friendly, approachable manner while positioning the credit union as an expert,and supporting the credit union’s SEO goals.
Leveraging ZAG’s Umbraco Starter Kit solution
When the design and copy were complete, ZAG’s development team built the site in the Umbraco CMS, using our starter kit framework. Additionally, to help Tidemark better understand site interactions and ROI, ZAG’s marketing team implemented a custom analytics tracking strategy.
