Understanding Supreme Lending’s previous pain points and current goals, the newly designed website architecture organizes the site content in an intuitive way to enhance the user experience. A simple and clean navigation makes it easy for end users to find what they are looking for. To ensure a seamless experience from desktop to mobile, the upgraded site incorporates a responsive design that automatically adjusts to a visitor’s screen size and device. The use of candid lifestyle imagery, Supreme Lending’s identifying colors, and educational yet easily-digestible, welcoming website copy helps to convey product value along with the updated brand.

Providing a positive consumer experience

The new homepage uses prime real-estate to appeal to Supreme Lending’s distinct mortgage audiences, guiding visitors to the right solutions. The site also features a custom product finder to help visitors choose the right mortgage loan based on their specific needs and preferences. Supporting the decision-making process at all stages, resources and education are contextually placed throughout the site. Additionally, the new site is ADA compliant ensuring accessibility for all audiences, including those with disabilities.
