Following a collaborative discovery session, ZAG partnered with Power Financial Credit Union to develop a scalable, intuitive website architecture that would make it equally easy for its personal and business members to access online banking, find a local branch and browse relevant products and services. The new navigation is streamlined to drive conversions while encouraging visitors to explore the site when they have a financial need.
Bringing a community-centric brand to life
Power Financial Credit Union’s new website leverages a clean and aesthetically pleasing responsive design. Large, inviting imagery conveys the credit union’s mission, community ties and family values. Ample white space creates a contemporary look and feel, accented with the credit union’s signature red for a splash of color. Consistent, easy-to-find calls-to-action on each page create visual intrigue while encouraging engagement.
Integrating state-of-the-art technology
Built in the Kentico CMS, Power Financial Credit Union’s new website is responsive and ADA conformant, ensuring full accessibility to users of all abilities across all devices. An interactive Locations Management Tool allows members to search for their nearest branch or ATM in an easy-to-use interface while linking to detail pages for further information. The development of a Rates Management Tool enables Power Financial Credit Union to centrally manage rates, allowing for dynamic updates across all site touchpoints for scalability and ease of use. Custom events functionality also allows the credit union to display upcoming seminars and events in both list and calendar view if they have any scheduled. The site also integrates with many third-parties, from live chat and account opening, to financial calculators and more.
Delivering a seamless user experience
Power Financial Credit Union’s new website leverages unique page layouts at each stage of the user journey, helping move visitors seamlessly through the conversion funnel while surfacing related content to nurture leads. Cross-promotions are placed strategically across the site to introduce relevant products and services, creating a comprehensive experience. Targeted landing pages promote key products on simplified templates to support marketing campaigns. Financial literacy content is organized into a user-friendly blog, while a Life Events section serves up financial solutions that correspond to visitors’ unique life stages and goals.

Event tracking enables the credit union to evaluate third-party conversions, such as online account openings and loan applications, while custom analytics reporting makes insights easy to understand and interpret.
