Adding schema for local SEO value
To enhance the bank’s presence for each of the towns where the Bank had a branch, ZAG implemented Local Business schema markup on all branch location pages. One month after implementing local SEO strategy, we saw a 25% increase in clicks to location pages, a 21% increase in average click-through rate, a 26% increase in time spent per website session, and a 2.59% decrease in bounce rate. Most impressively, one location saw a 316% increase in impressions.
