New Faces This Fall at ZAG

Growth continues here at ZAG, and we recently welcomed several accomplished professionals to support existing departments and to lead our new Quality Control department. With these additions, we strive to better serve our client base, enhance our digital offerings and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Camielle Griffiths, Director of Client Care

Camielle joins ZAG as our director of client care. With more than 14 years as the IT manager at the MetroHartford Alliance, she is well-qualified to streamline the client end of operations. Camielle graduated from Siena College in Loudonville, NY, and continued studying computers at Central Connecticut State University. She is married with one daughter and two dogs; loves flowers, music and a good black and tan.

Carolyn Eyler, Senior Designer

Carolyn is an award-winning graphic designer, bringing with her an impressive portfolio of both print and digital design to augment our established design team at ZAG. She holds a degree in Studio Art, Specializing in Graphic Design from Southern Connecticut State University. As a native Colombian, Carolyn is fluent in Spanish and loves to drink coffee. Carolyn’s interests extend to fashion, food and spending quality time with her family and watching her children’s soccer games.

Will Creedle, Quality Assurance Manager

Will joins ZAG with 15 years of experience in quality assurance, spending time in Washington, DC, Texas and New York City, along with eight years of digital marketing and advertising experience. Will has an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M Commerce and a graduate degree in anthropology from Hunter College. Will is the author of three books. You can find his most recent book, “Evan Branko is Unlovable,” on Amazon.

Guy Nollez, Project Manager

Guy comes to ZAG with more than eight years of experience at Sikorsky Aerospace. He began there as a Senior Service Engineer and finished his tenure as an Integrated Logistics Support Manager. Serving in Iraq as a quality control inspector and aircraft technician, Guy is familiar with the attention to detail required of him in his role as project manager. He is responsible for developing and managing project plans while working closely with team leads to execute them. Guy is well-traveled, having been born on the Ivory Coast and spending time in Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Macedonia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Kuwait and Iraq. If that’s not enough, he can rock a clean 50/50 on the half pipe.

Matthew Falkowski, Developer

Matthew joins our development department with 18 years of experience spanning all arenas of development. Some of his career highlights include working for the Tetris Company and founding his own startup business catering to the online music industry.  His wife of 25 years and three children keep him balanced, as does his love for music, theater and running.

Teresa Foreman, Digital Strategist

Teresa has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and electronic commerce. She augments the marketing team by providing strategic guidance, lead generation and search expertise to develop and strengthen online marketing initiatives. Outside of work, Teresa feels most at home in the mountains of New Mexico while her love of traveling extends beyond that to her personal favorite destination thus far - Kyoto, Japan. In addition to traveling, she rescues dogs and currently is caring for her third Dobie, named Molly.

Timothy Mierzejewski, Level 2 Developer

Before joining ZAG, Tim was a .NET programmer at Blackbaud, BaiMedia and Primacy, among others. Tim currently fills the role of Level 2 support developer. Married with a six-month-old daughter named Autumn Rose, Tim enjoys playing board games with his wife and has created several original board games that are available commercially.

Katie Edwards, Junior Copywriter/Marketing Associate

Katie joins ZAG as a junior copywriter, providing content for websites, blogs, research articles and anything copy-related. Before taking a break from the workforce to have children, Katie gained experience in office and retail management and spent time in personal training and online coaching services for runners. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in Human Development and Family studies. To balance work and family life, she often runs upwards of 80 miles a week as an avid marathoner always aiming to improve her race times.

Brittany Sayers, Executive Assistant

Brittany brings her experience as administrative coordinator at Lesley University to her role as executive assistant to Larry Miclette, our CEO/President. Brittany holds a degree in liberal studies from Southern Connecticut State University. In her free time, she is pursuing her real estate license and likes to travel and listen to reggae music.
