Earlier this month, we launched the revamped Open Solutions website during the company’s annual client conference in Washington, D.C., following six months of intense work.
Open Solutions is one of the world’s leaders of technology development for credit unions, banks and treasury departments.
We took a website that had been designed a decade ago and completely overhauled it using the Sitefinity Content Management System.
Cleaner Look, Better Website Navigation
We redefined the sitemap to create a cleaner, modernized look that enables easy navigation among Open Solutions’ products, services and resources. Where there had previously been some information overlap that could lead to confusion for website visitors, the refreshed website provides clear paths to valuable information. Plus, we consolidated the number of logins for clients to deliver easy access.
We also implemented design elements that added brightness and better conveyed Open Solutions’ position as a progressive company that has launched new products leading to innovative application development among their community of clients.
Where the previous practice was to continue adding content, we worked with Open Solutions’ marketing and product management leaders to develop readable and salient messages that will benefit website visitors who want good information quickly. Our content re-write also will improve Search Engine Optimization and drive visitor traffic.
In all, the point of the project was to reshape Open Solutions’ online messaging. Seeing our strategy come to fruition during such a high-profile event was a memorable moment for ZAG.
