We are living in unprecedented times. While we closely monitor the news, we are doing our best to continue to support our customers and our employees.
We understand that now more than ever, your digital presence is absolutely vital, and we are here to support you each step of the way. ZAG's mission is to rise above client expectations, and this global crisis is something that together, we will get through.
As of mid-March, all ZAG employees are working remotely to protect our health and safety. As a digital agency, we are well positioned to support an entirely remote staff without any significant interruption to our daily business.
If you need any assistance whatsoever, simply submit a support ticket or reach out to your Account Manager and we’re happy to help you out.
If you are currently working on a project with us, we do not expect any impact on your project timeline. If you anticipate any delays on your end with deliverables, please reach out to your project manager immediately so that we can adjust resourcing on our end.
For clients with businesses impacted by this pandemic, we encourage you to use your website as a key communications channel, and use your site alert feature to make this messaging more prominent.
For clients that host their site with us, there will also be no interruption to your hosting services. Our hosting vendors have asked their local employees to work from home for the near future, but their service level agreement still applies.
We will use email and social media to communicate anything vital so if you aren’t currently following us on social media, please consider doing so: Facebook, Instagram.
