ZAG’s strategic partnership with one of the world’s largest and most successful financial services technology providers has evolved into a unique software development opportunity for us.
Our development team has earned DNAcreator™ certification from Fiserv to be the first third-party company in the world to develop and beta test DNAapps™ for DNAweb™. DNAweb is an online banking system integrated with the DNA™ account processing platform from Fiserv that banks and credit unions use to offer the convenience and self-service today's consumers and businesses expect from the online channel.
This announcement means ZAG will be the first independent developer of DNAapps for DNAweb and plans to offer its innovations on the DNAappstore™, an online app marketplace for financial institutions running the DNA platform.
“We hold in high regard our relationship with Fiserv, and we’re honored to be the first independent developer and beta tester of DNAapps for DNAweb,” said ZAG President and CEO Larry Miclette. “With our DNAcreator certification, this opens the door to tremendous opportunities for ZAG’s future app development initiatives.”
ZAG Unrivaled in DNAweb Integration Experience; Also Developing New Credit Score DNAapp for DNAweb
As a Fiserv partner, ZAG provides unparalleled experience and detailed knowledge of DNAweb, having worked with DNAweb and its predecessor, eCB, since the product launched in 2002. ZAG has created hundreds of bank and credit union websites and manages client relationships across various industries, including health & wellness, financial services, transportation, retail, technology and more.
ZAG also is the lone independent vendor customizing DNAweb branding for financial institutions. ZAG developed a DNAweb branding toolkit that enables financial institutions to display a personalized online banking platform that blends with the design of their main website, including color scheme and logo.
“It’s exciting to see the growth of DNAweb from its first days, and now we have the knowledge and experience that come from working with it for 12 years,” Miclette said. “We will continue to hone our expertise as DNAweb continues to evolve as an online banking platform.”
ZAG has recently customized online banking websites for DNAweb users such as Stanford Federal Credit Union, Vermont State Employees Credit Union, First National Bank of Suffield, Lake Trust Credit Union, Oklahoma Employees Credit Union and USAlliance Federal Credit Union.
USAlliance also is relying on ZAG’s app development expertise right now to create ScoreU, a credit score DNAapp for DNAweb that USAlliance will embed in its online banking website to enable members to check their credit score instantly in a data-secured environment. ScoreU shows people their credit score updated to the moment, and accessing the score has no negative impact whatsoever on their score. Once ScoreU launches, ZAG will market the app to all banks, credit unions, credit bureaus, financial service providers and other institutions with clients interested in immediate access to their credit scores.
“This app development project grew out of our existing relationship with USAlliance, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to show off our product development skills,” Miclette said. “Combined with new development opportunities through Fiserv, I’m ecstatic about what the future holds for us with app development and creating more products.”
