Putting Digital First: 2020 ZAG Site Launches

While 2020 had its fair share of challenges, there were also some great things that came out of it – including nineteen new websites designed and developed by the talented team at ZAG Interactive. With strategic marketing, mobile-friendly experiences, custom development and ADA conformance – these websites definitely put a positive mark on the year.

  • Beacon Federal Credit Union: The new Beacon Federal Credit Union website provides a more modern experience and valuable features. With a responsive theme-based design, the website is built to be flexible and accessible for visitors and administrators. An SEO strategy and relatable website copy work together to attract and engage visitors. Enhanced technology provided by the Umbraco CMS and custom tools streamlines site management and integrations. The site launch rollout also included print mail support and a website tour to increase awareness of the new website benefits.

  • First Bank: Putting customers first, the new First Bank website built in the Kentico CMS introduces advanced technologies and takes a guided approach to support customer and business goals. The reimagined site architecture combined with a solutions finder and personalization delivers an intuitive, relevant experience. Financial literacy articles presented in a custom blog empowers consumers and nurtures relationships. A map-based locations finder makes it easy for customers to find a nearby-branch, while providing a centralized spot for administration and management.

  • Belay Bank: The mortgage division of First Bank, ZAG redesigned the Belay Bank website to be consistent with the look and feel of the main bank website. Establishing trust and recognition among users, the redesigned Belay Bank site leverages existing page components to deliver more modern experience. Customized icons and imagery, along with tailored content and resources, create a unique website for Belay Bank’s specific audience.

  • Atomic CU Intranet: Existing client Atomic Credit Union hired ZAG to strategize, design and build a custom intranet in the Kentico CMS. Inspired by the look and feel of its public site, this intranet provides helpful information and resources for the credit union’s employees and makes content administration a breeze.

  • Firefighter Insurance Services and Fire Family Foundation: ZAG launched the redesigned Firefighters Credit Union website in the spring and got right to work on the credit union’s two additional site redesigns. Leveraging the core design and widgets from the main site, ZAG designed and built two additional responsive, ADA conformant sites in Kentico. The credit union now has consistent branding among the three sites and can seamlessly manage them in a single platform.

  • Power Financial CU: The new Power Financial Credit Union website conveys both expertise and innovation. The site strategy combined with a more modern, responsive design improves the user experience and reflects the credit union’s competitive differences and identity as a community-centric brand. Creating a seamless user journey, the site uses a combination of content types and tactics – from financial literacy to landing pages – to capture and nurture leads. Custom developed features on the Kentico CMS, including rates, locations and events management solutions, deliver valuable tools for consumers and site administrators.

  • Starion Bank: The new Starion Bank website offers an improved digital experience for customers while supporting the bank’s business goals. An intuitive navigation and relatable visual elements as part of a user-friendly design help visitors find what they are looking for, quickly and easily. Contextual tools and resources serve to position products, illustrate value and guide users along the decision-making journey. Unique content and robust features work to create the desired brand impression and showcase Starion’s commitment to customer service and the community.

  • Patriot Bank: Making site management easier for administrators, the new Patriot Bank website leverages robust technology afforded by the Kentico CMS. Allowing for streamlined sitewide updates, the user-friendly dashboard requires less reliance on development and allows for more focus on content, as well as brand and product positioning. With a defined SEO strategy, a custom solutions finder tool, conversion-focused landing page more, the bank is better able to attract target audiences and guide them along the consumer journey – from awareness and consideration to conversion.

  • Firefighters First Credit Union: The new, custom website for Firefighters First Credit Union embodies a modern look and feel, providing a superior user experience for members of the firefighter community nationwide. New visitors were also introduced to the site through an interactive website tour.

  • Farm Bureau Bank: This bank’s website was overhauled by ZAG, featuring a simple, relatable responsive design and user experience. With a new architecture, fresh content and SEO strategy and a custom site management tools, this Kentico-based site is easy to manage and helps the bank better serve its existing customers and attract new customers.

  • Excite Credit Union: ZAG partnered with Excite Credit Union, formerly Alliance Credit Union, to develop a vibrant, colorful website in support of its new brand. This custom-designed and built site is managed in the Kentico CMS and offers a simple yet bold user experience. The new site reflects the credit union’s positioning and also positions it for growth.

  • Reevx Labs Website Design: Existing client Berkshire Bank hired ZAG to create a website for its latest initiative, Reevx Labs. The website, also built in the Kentico CMS, provides valuable resources to underbanked communities in the northeast, including a concierge banking service and financial products tailored to customers’ individual needs.

  • Centreville Bank: As a trusted Rhode Island bank, Centreville Bank knew it needed to deliver a digital experience that offered a modern and holistic experience for customers. The new Kentico-built site offers an intuitive and ADA conformant user experience, financial resources and custom administration features like rates and location management tools to facilitate site management.

  • KeyPoint Credit Union: Long-time client KeyPoint Credit Union hired ZAG to build its custom website design in the Kentico CMS. Additionally, ZAG provided supportive services including ADA conformance and overall strategic consulting. The result is a modern user experience and a site that is simple to administer.

  • Rossmore Private Capital: This CT-based wealth management firm needed a website to communicate their offerings and give prospective and current clients confidence in their services. ZAG helped achieve these goals through the cost-effective Squarespace platform, providing supportive strategy, design and copywriting services.

  • Abound Credit Union: Formerly Fort Knox Credit Union, this client hired ZAG Interactive to build a digital experience to match the new name and brand. The new Abound Credit Union website offers a custom design and development in the Kentico MVC platform.   • Southern Hills Community Bank: This new website for this Ohio-based bank provides a more modern experience and valuable features. Leveraging a responsive theme-based design, the website is built in the Umbraco CMS and offers fresh new website copy, a local SEO strategy and easy site management.

  • Valet Parking Service (LAZ Parking): As a longtime ZAG client, LAZ Parking hired ZAG to develop a new theme-based Umbraco website for its Valet Parking Service division.
