The responsive design ZAG created for Flexibility was part of an overall branding effort to position a new loan product that serves as an alternative to payday loans. Starting with logo design and tagline development, ZAG helped create a distinct, trustworthy brand presence in a competitive marketplace. ZAG then created a new, responsive site that presents information intuitively, with a focus on user experience and conversion. ZAG’s marketing and copywriting departments collaborated to infuse the site with keyword-rich messaging that targets potential borrowers in specific parts of the United States where Flexibility is available. The result is a new website, built on the Sitefinity CMS, that will help support business and marketing goals, and help connect users with a new player in the personal loan market.
Savings Institute Bank & Trust
Savings Institute is a Willimantic, CT-based bank with rich history dating back to the mid-19th century. While being known as a financially stable and tradition-rich institution, the bank was concerned that potential customers wouldn’t know that they are a full-service bank on par with much larger institutions. ZAG created a fresh, responsive design that streamlines information, modernizes the bank’s online presence and appeals to the under-40 market with refreshed content, images and active messaging. Built on the Sitefinity CMS, the new site also positions Savings Institute for growth and expansion for years to come.

Truliant Federal Credit Union
Truliant Federal Credit Union is a North Carolina-based, full-service financial institution with more than 180,000 members and $1 billion in assets. In a competitive marketplace, Truliant challenged ZAG Interactive to create a modern, easy-to-use website that appeals to its tech-savvy member base while positioning Truliant as a trustworthy, caring banking alternative. Starting with a fresh new site architecture, wireframing and usability testing, ZAG’s strategy and design teams collaborated to identify key user goals, business needs and page components. The responsive design then introduced a new brand, new site features and flexible page templates. Built on the Kentico CMS, the new site includes custom features like a rates database, custom search, custom forms, content personalization and more. Combined with simplified new content and an inbound marketing strategy, the new site provides Truliant with the flexibility it needs to grow its market share.
