A member-focused site design and architecture to position this thriving Michigan credit union
When ZAG redesigned Option 1 Credit Union’s website in 2011, the project launched a new phase in the credit union’s business objectives. Five years later, ZAG once again had the opportunity to help Option 1 become Adventure Credit Union. Helping to overhaul their website and create a distinct digital presence in line with their new branding, ZAG once again partnered with this Michigan-based credit union to help this client – and their members reach their goals.
The rebranding effort led us toward a clean and modern responsive design that provides the ideal blend of eye-catching visuals and intuitive functionality. We achieved this member-first orientation through a new website architecture system that emphasizes Adventure’s focus on member needs and goals. The new, conformant design also ensures that those with visual disabilities have a positive experience with the new site.
ZAG’s development team supported this warm, welcoming design with functionality that improves usability, simplifies content management for Adventure administrators, and quickly leads visitors to information and tools they need. Built in the Sitefinity CMS, our development team integrated several third-party platforms, and created a new rates management database that makes it easier to centrally manage rate information.
A significant part of Adventure’s rebranding was to give their content a personal, local feel to which members can relate easily. We helped Adventure craft web content that exudes a warm friendliness blended with rich informational details, all woven together in a manner that supports Adventure’s local SEO goals.
The overall result is a reimagined site that captures the essence of Adventure’s mission as a Michigan credit union offering custom crafted banking solutions to its members.
