Responsibilities

  • Support senior staff in all needed administrative functions, including managing daily schedules
  • Manages and maintains demanding calendars by scheduling all meetings and appointments
  • Transcribe meeting notes, letters, memoranda and reports
  • Work quickly and efficiently using various systems and software applications including but not limited to MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, CRM (ZOHO), & Workfront.
  • Makes lodging and travel arrangements (including arranging for any accommodations needed for visiting clients)
  • Accompanies and participates in Client meetings as needed
  • Maintains personal, confidential and general files
  • Coordinates customer correspondence distribution and responses
  • Coordinates special projects, including arranging meetings and events, preparing material and mailings and follow through on all details
  • Provides coverage as needed for other administrative staff
  • Assist with incoming calls and visitors as needed Research pricing & Order office supplies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • 3 years min. of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the strictest level of confidentialityAttention to detail and accuracy a must
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate with internal staff at all levels and with external clients/visitors
  • Previously demonstrated success in an administrative position supporting upper level management
  • Strong PC skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required
  • Proactive approach to gaining a thorough knowledge of the company and its organization
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow specific direction
  • A ready willingness to assist and support in any project or assignment that is needed

  • Sales or marketing experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships for identified clients that have an ongoing contract for 10+ hours on a monthly basis
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for identified clients
  • Ensure that clients are happy and escalate and positive or negative feedback to management
  • Work alongside digital strategists to proactively plan client projects
  • Review client website / analytics to determine opportunities
  • Develop plan to communicate new ideas / cross-sell ZAG services
  • Stay up to date on features of all CMS’s ZAG builds on as well as overall industry technologies and trends
  • Regularly visit client websites to understand the types of updates the client is making
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with each client, along with strategist as required
  • Maintain updated client notes and minutes from monthly meetings
  • Keep CRM (ZOHO) up to date with all meeting notes, key client interactions, etc.
  • Track hours used for each client and report both internally as well as to the client, when applicable
  • Act as project manager for small client projects utilizing WorkFront for resourcing
  • Attend department resource meetings and capacity planning meetings
  • Work with Client Care to stay updated on client’s support tickets
  • Work with department team leads and digital strategist to scope new client work
  • Work with Business Development to write cost summaries as needed for new client work

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or account servicing position
  • Understanding of web technologies and the web development life cycle
  • Experience with small project management
  • Ability to collaboratively work across many teams – strategy, design, development and marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrive in deadline-driven, fast-paced work environment
  • Experience with WorkFront or Zoho is a plus
  • Previous experience in a digital agency is a plus

Responsibilities: Technical Skills

  • Required: Strong programming/development skills (.net, JAVA, SQL, etc.).  Familiarity with architectural practices (TOGAF, etc.).
  • Proficiency in multi-tiered architecture, design, and implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience within an application development organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience
  • Significant development experience with HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript
  • Strong understanding of modern responsive web design techniques and supporting libraries / frameworks
  • Aptitude for Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.NET
  • Experience with C# a plus
  • Experience with a .NET Content Management System is a plus
  • Experience with LESS and/or SASS a plus
  • Experience with mobile development a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm within a team structure and discipline to handle solo projects, when necessary
  • Thorough understanding of multi-platform/multi-browser compatibility
  • Work onsite in our Glastonbury CT office full-time (no exceptions)

This position requires working directly with the clients and internal staff to manage multiple website development projects.

  • ASP.Net, C#, Razor, RESTful services, WCF, SOAP, Javascript, JQuery, Angular as well as a strong understanding of all front end web technologies.
  • Experience with a .NET Content Management System, preferably Sitefinity, Kentico and/or Umbraco
