Arizona-based Credit Union West touts a member service philosophy that is “so much more than money.” The redesigned website we completed for them needed to match that sentiment of going above and beyond.
We overhauled a website that was static and a little muddled and invigorated it with rotating banners, a clean and updated design using existing colors, improved navigation and enhanced content.
Modern Look, New Features
The result is a website that is welcoming, modern and interactive. The website’s functionality allows Credit Union West to focus on specific, timely promotions and membership information that are relevant to site visitors. We also implemented a new intuitive online banking portal that gives members even more banking flexibility.
One of the most valuable new features is Credit Union West’s repossession database. Credit Union West regularly updates listings for available cars, van, motorcycles, trucks, SUVs, boats, RVs and more; and through the database, website visitors can keep track of the latest property listings and then make offers on any available property.
