TruMark Financial has established a significant presence in southeastern Pennsylvania where it caters to more than 94,000 members. That membership has come to expect a certain level of reliability, functionality and advanced technology in its relationship with the credit union.
We built those elements into the online experience with a streamlined design that updated the look and feel of TruMarkFinancial’s web presence without losing focus on their products.
Improved Architecture
Specifically, the credit union wanted increased functionality for online loan applications to make it easier for members to complete the process. By improving the website’s information architecture and usability, TruMark Financial aimed to decrease the number of inquiries coming into its call center.
Adding to the functionality, we implemented rotating banners that allow TruMark Financial to maintain and update special promotions, products and news as they wish.
The finished product captures the progressive spirit of TruMark Financial while delivering the usability and features that members want.
