Front End Developer - Client Care

The Front End Developer will be a member of ZAG Interactive support division. The Front End Developer works directly with customers and internal staff to maintain website services and, develop and implement strategies to improve the performance, usability, and effectiveness of the client’s web presence.


  • Troubleshoot web application issues and identify adjustments needed in existing website to meet changing user requirements; such as broken code
  • Complete new work requests based on clients’ requirements
  • Recommend solutions that will maintain or enhance the quality of website
  • Use a wide range of web technologies to implement solutions to both technical and non-technical end users; such as integrating third party services into website
  • Identify inefficiencies in website applications while offering alternative, more efficient answers

  • Significant development experience and front-end coding ability
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Senior System Administrator - Web Hosting

The Senior System Administrator will have in-depth experience of a broad range of hosting technologies and processes. The Senior System Administrator will also provide direction, information, and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations. They will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the network infrastructure and application components.

The Senior System Administrator must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Hosting Implementation
    • Validate, configure, implement, test and troubleshoot website deployment in the managed hosting infrastructure
    • Oversee and help maintain managed hosting environment. For example, managing Windows server and firewall updates
    • Work with Project Managers to ensure a successful handoff of the clients’ hosting solution
    • Work with customers to validate hosting solution based on business requirements
    • Ensure that the appropriate supporting tools and processes are implemented to enable effective monitoring of the hosted platforms in line with contractual obligations, SLAs/KPIs
    • Acts as the escalation point for customer hosting issues
    • Analyze and comment on audit control reports such as SOC1 Type II Report
  • System Engineering
    • Knowledgeable in application transport and network infrastructure protocols (SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, CIFS, LDAP, IP Routing Email Routing and Microsoft AD), and possess an understanding of how to support these applications/protocols when accessed through VPN and firewall appliances
    • Supervise the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users
  • Business Development/Sales
    • Present and recommend the appropriate hosting services to potential customers
    • Validate proposed solutions relating network hosting and design
    • Attend hosting meetings to discuss upcoming installation projects and lead the network hosting solutions and designs discussion
  • Internal Support
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Area Networking
    • Respond to staff and provide limited technical assistance and support
    • Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and software applications
    • Maintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls
  • Operations
    • Complete time logs in Workfront within 48 hours of completing tasks to ensure accurate and timely billing of the customer.
    • Manage assigned projects

ASP.Net Web Application Developer

ZAG Interactive is seeking an experienced ASP.Net application developer to join our energetic team. This person will play a key role in developing websites and applications for our growing client base and will be an integral project team member, continually working with our project managers, designers and other developers.


This position requires working directly with the clients and internal staff to manage multiple website development projects.
