Senior Designer

ZAG Interactive is seeking a senior designer to join our team. The right candidate has experience in creating strong visual design for web, recognizes the importance of details and has an eye for marketing. Must be a Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign whiz, with 5 years of experience in designing for web and have a degree in graphic design. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of creative design solutions. Candidates without a portfolio including strong website design will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating website design from concept to production for our clients
  • Collaborate with project team to translate client goals into solid design strategies
  • Produce day-to-day design tasks as needed
  • Ability to communicate design concepts to clients
  • Partner with project and development teams to take direction and present work
  • Report to the Art Director for direction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design with at least 5 years of experience in designing for web
  • A strong portfolio with multiple examples of website design

Client Care Manager

The Client Care Manager is in charge of directing, and managing the support team. A strong candidate must demonstrate the ability to lead by example and have the willingness to make a significant effort to promote the growth of each support team member, for the betterment of the company as well as each individual team member.

Responsibilities

The Client Care Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following items.

  • Oversee direct report tasks and processes
  • HR manager duties for direct reports
  • Work to actively improve processes
  • Define higher level initiatives, creating an end to end plan for these activities
  • Find ways to promote and guide optimal performance of the support process and team
  • Identify and foster team member career paths
  • Help team members find the answers when needed, directing traffic as needed
  • Facilitate team work between the team members
  • Encourage, promote, initiate the training of team members
  • Responsible for assignment of work in line with a team members career path

  • Continually improve the support experience for clients

Level 2 Support/Mid-Level Web Developer

ZAG Interactive is seeking a Level 2 Support/Mid-Level Web Developer to handle the intake of website support requests from clients and ensure that the requests get completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

The Mid-Level Web Developer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following items.

  • Completing website support requests within their knowledge base
  • Support other support staff members as they work to complete client requests and increase their scope of ability
  • Client communications as required
  • Non-support work assigned to them depending on the career path as discussed with their manager and team lead
  • Continually work to increase knowledge and skills in an effort to expand scope of ability to complete requests through training and team work

 

Primary Objectives

  • Ensure that all support requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Improve the client support process
  • Work as a team to solve support request
  • Increase their own knowledge base to handle more support requests directly as opposed to utilizing the escalation process
  • Help increase the overall technical knowledge within the organization
  • Give the client the best possible experience while dealing with support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Job Requirements)

IT System Administrator

ZAG Interactive is seeking an IT System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, love a challenge and be passionate about the company they work for. Candidates must be willing to learn and grow in the position. This position requires working directly with the clients and internal staff to manage IT systems and to provide help desk support.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and implement new hosting configurations for clients based on their needs
  • Hardening, patching, maintenance and monitoring of multiple production Windows servers
  • Proactively respond to production server alerts
  • Develop escalation procedures
  • Document IT processes and procedures to help build out a comprehensive internal knowledge base
  • Setup new virtualized servers as needed
  • Provide day-to-day help desk desktop support to the office & Client Care support as needed
  • software/hardware management (determining plans for software/hardware purchasing, maintenance, tracking, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a QA function by creating quality test models, reviewing with peers, foreseeing potential impacts to products and services, tracking testing defects and developing comprehensive reports to communicate test progress and improve standard operating procedures
  • The QA Manager will be working in a demanding website development environment, with frequent releases and will be responsible in helping to ensure the quality and accuracy of our applications
  • Define and identify testing scope, risks, assumptions used to design, build and prioritize test cases
  • Analyze requirements and create efficiently designed and planned test cases
  • Work with various members of the project team to assure timely completion of testing plans
  • Conducts tests throughout project lifecycle to evaluate quality and/or performance
  • Understand the needs and goals of customers and actively look for ways to meet them

Project Manager

  • Responsible for developing and managing the project plan and working with team leads and the project team to execute on plans
  • Monitor day-to-day activities and be actively involved in the project team to ensure work is progressing as planned
  • Manage schedules, budgets, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
  • Consistently identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs

Front End Web Developer

The Front End Web Developer works directly with clients and internal staff to develop strategies and design specifications to improve the performance, usability, and effectiveness of the client’s web presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on site design strategies and research the competitive landscape to make recommendations relating to website organization and information hierarchy.
  • Document strategy by developing site maps and wire frames representing website and application layouts.
  • Interface with internal creative and technical staff to ensure that website designs meet both business and end user needs.
