Administrative Assistant

 

Basic Function:  The Administrative Assistant position provides administrative support to the entire company.

 Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Answer telephones as well as gather information and/or transfer to appropriate staff member.
  2. Handling ingoing and outgoing mail
  3. Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies as well as maintain vendor relationships.
  4. Prep for clients/visitors as well as greet guests when they arrive.
  5. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  6. Setup for meetings and conferences.
  7. Scheduling appointments between multiple people (internal meetings as well as interviews, etc.)
  8. Create and modify documents using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. General duties for office upkeep
  10. Offsite assignments as needed
  11. Making travel arrangements as needed (scheduling flights, etc.)
  12. Support for long term office projects (documenting internal processes, etc.)
  13. Coverage for administrative staff members’ leaves
  14. Maintain data entry into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  15. Other duties as assigned.

  Desired Qualifications:

  1. Two to three years’ experience
  2. Experience with word processing and spreadsheets, database and presentation software
  3. Experience managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
  4. Support experience in a professional services environment, sales or marketing is highly desirable.

ASP.Net Web Application Developer

ZAG Interactive is seeking an experienced ASP.Net application developer to join our energetic team. This person will play a key role in developing websites for our growing client base and will be an integral project team member, continually working with our project managers, designers and other developers.

This position requires working directly with the clients and internal staff to manage multiple website development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management and other staff setting development approach to translate design and strategies into front-end and back-end solutions that meet both business and end-user needs
  • Research the competitive landscape and make recommendations relating to website organization and information hierarchy
  • Remain current with the latest development techniques that will help shape clients’ needs
  • Work at a fast pace to meet tight project deadlines and continuously juggle multiple projects throughout a typical week
  • Use your collaborative skills to ensure compatibility with colleagues and clients to maintain ZAG’s high standards of service and solutions
  • Think independently, take control of a project with a can-do attitude and identify inefficiencies while offering alternative, more effective answers
  • Grow professionally in an engaging and enjoyable environment where strong work ethics and a sense of humor are mandatory

Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm within a team structure and discipline to handle solo projects, when necessary
  • Ability to quickly hand-code semantic HTML/XHTML and CSS from Photoshop and Wire Frames
  • Experience working with JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Flash
  • Aptitude for Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.Net
  • Experience with a .NET Content Management System, preferably Sitefinity CMS
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience slicing, resizing and optimizing images for the web
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices

Front End Web Developer

  • Strong understanding of modern responsive web design techniques and supporting libraries / frameworks
